Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Arie-Jean Engineering ("we", "us", "our") and any purchases made through our online store.

1. General By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Belgian law.

2. Products All parts and components are intended for restoration and engineering purposes typically on pre-war motor vehicles. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility with their specific vehicle.

3. Prices All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with EU Directive 2006/112/EC.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights) Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at sales@arie-jean.com. Custom-made or specially ordered parts may be exempt from this right.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes may be submitted to the Belgian courts or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
